If you're an insights professional or a marketer, innovator, or content creator, this is for you. Nearly every organization is now striving to adopt AI-based technologies to generate value and/or drive efficiencies. Most of those organizations will get it wrong, neglecting key strategy, people, and process-related questions. This conversation is about the role of market research, broadly speaking, in this context. Some questions we'll explore together: Who generally takes the lead within organizations when it comes to gen AI adoption? Who has a seat at the table? What does a strong adoption maturity model look like? Which organizations are already discovering best practices for adoption? What are they? How should I think about the future of my career as it relates to AI? Should I be worried? Excited? Somewhere in between? What should I do about that? This will be a true facilitated session led by an academic anthropologist who has lectured/taught/consulted about similar topics at Harvard, MIT, Columbia, and a range of global marketing organizations.
